A little late to the party, but I finished Mary Trump’s book. I’m not one for reading political gossip books, but I figured I’d give this a read given that she is the president’s niece and a clinical psychologist. I’ll admit, the first part felt like a “woe is me…” section focused on how her dad was treated horribly by her grandfather. Of course, that’s the point of the book. It demonstrates how her family, through their greed and lack of morality, created Donald Trump. The details were certainly interesting, and I feel for her and her brother.
